Order Handling

Not only are we commited to providing great and beautiful products - but also providing excellent customer service. Every step of the ordering process has been carefully thought of to ensure that you are kept up to date with your order. After you make a purchase, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with your order number. All orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days of order receipt. In most cases, orders are shipped same business day. The buyer/customer will be notified of any delays in the the usual handling time frame.
Orders with expedited shipping service levels (Non-Ground) are processed immediately the same business day. Expedited orders placed by 11AM are guaranteed to ship the same day. See below to view the estimated shipping transit times for each service level.
You will receive an e-mail as soon as your order has been shipped along with a tracking number so that you may track the shipment right to your door. If you signed up for SMS (text) alerts, we will also send a text message to the mobile number you provided to us.

We take great care in making sure that every aspect of your purchase experience is perfect. When we hand over your package to our carrier we are confident the package will be delivered safely to your doorstep. Depending on the shipping service level selected during checkout, every order is shipped using FedEx®, UPS® or USPS®. Samples are sent via USPS® First Class. Shipment confirmation will be provided for sample orders.
Shipping rates depend on the selected shipping service level and the item(s) during checkout. 
To determine the applicable shipping rates for items in Your Cart:
  1. Select Proceed To Checkout
  2. Select your Billing Address
  3. Select or add your Shipping Address
  4. Select a Shipping Method and select Next
Your Shipping Total will be displayed under Order Summary


When it comes to shipping your orders, we take every possible care into making sure your orders are delivered as soon as possible. Your order will arrive within these delivery estimates based on your location and the selected shipping speed for Continental USA.
  • Economy - 1 to 7 business days
  • Ground - 1 to 5 business days
  • 3 Day - 3 business days
  • Second Day - 2 business days
  • Next Day - 1 business day
