Romosa Wallcoverings warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a specific length of time from date of purchase. All products are covered under our Five (5) Year Limited Warranty. If the product proves defective during the warranty period, Romosa Wallcoverings, at its option, will either:
- replace with a new or refurbished product
- provide a refund at current market value
This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser of products when purchased from Romosa Wallcoverings or from an authorized Romosa Wallcoverings dealer. The warranty is non-transferrable. An original sales receipt or valid copy of the receipt is required to establish purchase date and original purchaser.
Romosa Wallcoverings accepts no further responsibility or charges in fulfilling warranty claims. Romosa Wallcoverings will not pay labor charges in any amount or resume any responsibility for labor expended or materials used to replace and/or repair without our written authorization prior to any work or repairs being started or done by anyone.
Romosa Wallcoverings is able to provide warranty support in the Continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii. Purchasers outside of Continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii would be responsible for any shipping charges on warranty claims.

Limitation of Warranty
- Improper use of product
- Normal wear and tear
- Alteration, modification to product to its original condition
- User inflicted intentional or accidental damage
- Any other cause not resulting from defects in materials, workmanship or advertised performance
Any counterfeit products are excluded from warranty and will only be returned at the expense of the sender.
Discontinued or Unavailable Products
Romosa Wallcoverings will attempt to replace all products that have been discontinued or unavailable with the same item/pattern as originally purchased. In the event Romosa Wallcoverings is unable to replace a product with the same product purchased, Romosa Wallcoverings, at its option, will: either replace the product with a similar product or provide a refund at current market value.
Similar product is defined as product with equal and/or equivalent specifications; such as color, pattern, size and/or texture. A product with the closest matching specification will be decided as the replacement. Current market value is based on the original purchased price over the span of the warranty life or based on the current market price of a Romosa Wallcoverings product and/or Competitor(s) product having same or similar specifications, whichever is of lesser value. The amount of value shall in no event be greater than the original purchase price of the product. Romosa Wallcoverings is not responsible for any other fees and/or charges.
The customer is required to pay shipping and handling to send any non conforming products to Romosa Wallcoverings.
In most cases, Romosa Wallcoverings provides free shipping and handling when returning the product to the customer in the Continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii. Customer located in countries outside of the United States are required to pay return shipping and handling charges incurred when Romosa Wallcoverings returns the products to the customer.
Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL ROMOSA WALLCOVERINGS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES FOR A BREACH OF WARRANTY IN AN AMOUNT EXCEEDING THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT. IN NO EVENT SHALL ROMOSA WALLCOVERINGS BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES TO ANY STRUCTURE, OR LOSS OF USE. NO ROMOSA WALLCOVERINGS EMPLOYEE, DEALER, OR OTHER AGENT IS AUTHORIZED TO MAKE ANY MODIFICATION, EXTENSION OR ADDITION TO THIS WARRANTY.
